@Northwest Do you like cheese fries ? This is just that with gravy. There’s also a recipe for chili poutine-substitute chili for the gravy. Like chili cheese fries.
@Northwest Those are really good. I think you’d probably like the regular poutine recipe. There was a Smokes Poutinerie (popular in Canada) in Berkeley for a time. A casualty of the pandemic, alas.
@bijouxbroussard The cafeteria chow, back in the day, could be best described as something to keep you alive. But I was introduced to poutine when I moved to within driving distance of B.C.
