@BeachGirl47 Mine too!! I usually use a little provolone/mozz mix and spicy cheese too!

@MellyMel22 I havent used spicy. Sounds good/ I have used the mozzerella and provolone mix

@BeachGirl47 If you like a little spice, you should try it! I used pepper jack (not too hot) and hot habanero(which was really hot).

@MellyMel22 I slice it thin too. Then i dredge it in eggs and coat with the bread crumbs

@BeachGirl47 The past few years or so I’ve been coating them with flour before dipping them! They hold better and I now use buttermilk in place of the eggs(it doesn’t hold as good as eggs, but the flour first helps a lot).

@MellyMel22 Ive used just flower and milk and its a little different than bread crimbs/ Nut still good

@BeachGirl47 Oh yeah, nothing beats the seasoned breadcrumbs!
