Are you a fan of Eggplant? The food 🤨

Finally made eggplant rollatini again 😋 I like mine toasty w/extra sauce.. It’s so good, but just so time consuming to make!

A thin slice pepper jack under the mozz/prov blend 😋 I have proof my arteries are clear btw 😅

There’s a piece of chicken in here too..

@Jexie Thank you! I think some places and people make it too thick and it makes it a tough texture. Is it the texture or flavor you don’t like? Just curious.

@Jexie I notice that most people who I’ve spoken to about it feel the it’s the texture more too. I personally thought with restaurants and a couple of people I know whose I tried that what it was terrible and b/c of the texture.
