@DegbemeI have turned a few eggplant haters into only my eggplant lovers. Two being friends, they always ask me to make it and it takes forever so it’s not fun 🤨
But really I used to only eat my mom‘s b/c she slices her kind of thin too, but most places don’t and it can be chewy and tough 🤢, so I started trying to make it extra thin and that’s been the best way for me. My neighbor smells when I make it and will text me to let me know she’s aware b/c she wants some 🤣
