i made my own pasta from scratch (⌒ ̫ ⌒)

i put it in a lemon parmesan sauce, and then i made some chicken, shiitake mushroom green beans, and then this tomato parmesan focaccia i got from trader joes
i hate grating cheese but it tastes so much better😅

Mm sounds awesome, homemade pasta is scrumptious. How long did it take to make?

@Coralmist not long at all!!!! the longest part for me is resting the dough, after that i flour it and cut it into fours, then press each one out by hand until it’s thin enough to fit through the pasta roller which is probably the second longest part since i have to put it through multiple different settings to get it thin enough, then i have a pasta cutter to cut it into the shape, it only takes about three minutes at a boil to cook
