You put the lime in the coconut, not the chili!

I gave up after years of trying to season my own chili. I never wanted to go to all the trouble of making my big batch chili, which calls for real chili peppers, and unsweetened chocolate. All too often I would end up with something bitter or too spicy to eat. I never did try lime.

Now I've begun buying packets of McCormick chili seasoning mix. You can choose whether you like it mild, medium, or hot.

You put da lime in da coconut....................not chili.

My husband likes oregano in it.

I'm not a fan of putting lime in foods.
