Had a ton of nuts, mostly pistachio nuts, yet peanuts as well. Didn't use any other type of nuts.
Unfortunately some of the pistachios had hot spices and the peanuts are over salted. Both spices and salt was over come by the amount of unsalted pistachios which I mostly cracked myself.
With the exception of the above and adding a touch too much vegetable oil, I really do like it.
I'm use to spicy foods anyway! 🤣
All and all it's not too bad on a grape jelly and nutbutter sandwich....
Yes I am refrigerating the nutbutter. I know it will spoil easily.
@DeWayfarer I still remember the days when I was in the US, and didn't have money, so I lived from cheap peanut butter and sliced white bread which you could push and pull like an accordion, which is why I called it accordion bread, or squeezy bread.
@LunarOrbit sorry for not replying earlier. I just didn't see the notification.
As I mentioned below I used a Nina blender. Yet it was getting a bit hot. It could have been blended longer if you have a better blender that doesn't get as easily hot.
The ninja blender is on the left side of the shelf in this image among all the liquor bottles...
