When you escape from your parents you have to be resilient!

You have to hope all those family mealtimes have rubbed off on you and you can create a meal from a few ingredients, either that or eat junkfood!

I'm fortunate! I bounced back, landing on my feet like any cat 🐱 would and finding the way to adapt to new surroundings, and it wasn't too long before my efforts got me the place I live now!

Three years, and no interruption in my education. I learnt I'm a survivor! It just took some self sacrifices, and the calmness to remember what I had seen cooked, either that or it's in the genes! My mother was a good cook to learn from in between everything else!

I'm enjoying the creative process, for one, here in my little apartment!

That's wonderful. :)
I grew up pretty much alone, raising my little brother, when I moved out at 18, I kind of partied for a few years to make up for lost time. Lol
