I've been cooking almost all day today, but no meatloaf. Sorry. I made non-dairy penne with broccoli and cheese sauce, three bean salad, and chicken stew.

@4meAndyou did you eat all that by yourself or did you have company?

@cherokeepatti No, it's food for a week, or a month, depending. The three bean salad stays good for a month in the fridge, and the chicken stew makes 2 quarts. I will be having that for lunch or dinner all week long. The penne...relief from the chicken stew...🤣.

I've run out of my normal "grab a can of this or that if you are starving" foods, so no fast fixes if I stay on the computer too long and go all hypoglycemic. 🥴

@4meAndyou yeah that’s one way to do it. If it was just me I’d use my small Crock pot quite a bit more to make whatever....or have a salad with some protein in it which is what I have for breakfast lately.

@cherokeepatti I think I am having a flu-like reaction to the vaccination I received on the 2nd, so I thought I would fix some mild foods in case I feel nauseated.

@4meAndyou Oh I hope you are OK and have someone who can check on you if you get sick. When did you get the shot?
4meAndyou · F
@cherokeepatti Got the shot February 2nd. No reaction day on the day I received the vaccine, but woke up on day 2 with bad stuffy nose, and a weird stomach. That was followed, eventually, with one of the worst dizzy spells I have ever had. It did not want to go away...and then with diarrhea.

My son is still in quarantine with the covid19, and my usual visiting male friend has come down with a recurrence of C. Difficile and is highly contagious.
