How easy is it for you to forgive people ?

Forgiving is not the same as forgetting. We can forgive but that doesn't mean we have to forget and allow people to keep hurting us over and over.

It definitely depends for me as well. Like I can intellectualize why a person did a certain thing, and in the moment I can feel clarity or a sense of understanding for them. But I also find that I still need to sit with those intense feelings for a while and process it until it lessens over time, allowing me to let it go

In most cases i will give then a 2nd chance but if they blow it then i never want to see them again

I have a short memory and can forgive easily

regaining my trust is a different story

It really depends for me too, but I’m a pretty forgiving person.

I would say I’m a forgiving person, especially if they show remorse

I’m like a goldfish. I don’t really hold grudges

Before it was easy to for give now its takes a lot motr time its not i dont forgive i just close them out of my life .

I try hard but if you hurt me then I am going to be so distant
