Given the choice, I will take one of each as every Lithuanian citizen would do

Now, as non Lithuanian, I will go for the green one which tends to be on the sour side. I like that sour taste.

Any apple that is crispy with a bit of tartness, like honey crisp and fuji, the mushy ones like red delicious can all rot on the ground, unless they're made into apple sauce or apple butter
