Breaded for sure, put just a nice fish filet like maybe salmon, grouper, sea bass, etc., calls for lemon, butter and a variety of different spices depending on the exact species.

I don’t like it either. Blackened or grilled I like it with just lemon. Fried I like it with ketchup.
