A nice, hot bag of chips to eat strolling home. Salt and pepper, lashings of it. Takes me back to being a kid when my mum knew that chewing on a few chips would stop me from crying, throwing a tantrum, or doing my favourite, standing still and not moving, arms folded in determination. A bag of chips was much better than having to pick me up and having me screaming like the little brat I was.

@Happyheart1 I might be wrong but I think she's British or Australian, so when she says "chips" she's talking about french fries. that's why she said "hot chips" .
