Why do meat eaters season their food with plants if meat is so great?

I know you neurotypical people have a hard time picking up on my sarcasm. So let me explain, this is me making fun of people who make fun of me for eating meat replacements.

Now before anyone says anything further, I loved eating meat. It’s just that I don’t love it enough to support the death of animals. I don’t care what you eat but I’ve dealt with a lot of people giving me a hard time and asking me stupid questions in the 16 years I’ve been vegetarian.

Most of us are not "Meat Eaters", we are omnivores. Sort of equal opportunity palates at work.

I think some of my fellow meat-eaters get so defensive, that they will react to anything a vegetarian says as an attack.

At any rate, to answer your question (in the spirit in which it is asked, of course): Meat eaters season our meat with plants because we have been brainwashed by the deep state to do so, as part of the plan to destroy America. (Don't bother me with irrelevant details like "meat eaters and vegetarians are not just in America." That's Marxist manipulation of the facts!)

Now that I think about it, the buns come from plants as well. What were we thinking!

Thanks to your post, I will now "reject the narrative" and eat meat in pure form! Thank you!

I do eat meat but I do eat a lot of vegetables. As far as seasoning my only seasoning if I use any is generally salt and pepper. I love the tastes of the vegetables , why use seasonings? I like a salad with no dressing ( as long as everything is fresh) same with meats, pepper is my main seasoning most of the time. I want to taste what I’m eating.

I have a dumb question, same line, why do people try to make veggie burgers taste like chicken or hamburgers. Makes no sense to me.
@Repete did you not read my whole post? I explained why. I like meat but not enough to take the life of an animal.

Also, spices are yummy. You’re missing out.

@666Maggotz I did read your post and I understand your reasoning.
I have tried other seasonings and you are right they can be yummy but for me the taste of vegetables is good and don’t want to cover that up.

Just a note. I also do not like killing animals but I do eat meat and find it better to kill the animal before eating the meat. That is a bad joke sorry.
Plants are alive also 😂
@Repete plants don’t have a nervous systems or higher conscious thoughts/emotions.

Salt is not from the plant kingdom!!
@Quimliqer again, if salt is the only seasoning y’all are using, I feel bad for you.
@Quimliqer Wish I had said that.

My diet is mostly plants with some meat.

Meat is the only source for vitamin B12, complete proteins, Carnosine, Heme iron, Taurine. There are supplements but they are not utilized by the body anywhere near as well as the natural thing.

When a person gets older meat in the diet becomes more important to health.
@badminton as I recall, algae has b12. I don’t take supplements and I’ve been vegetarian for 16 years with no deficiencies. My grandfathers brother passed away at 86 and was a vegetarian since his 20’s. Dairy also provides complete proteins. Mind you, I am not vegan. Eggs also have B12.

Now go tell this to a good portion of the Indian population. Vegetarians have been around for centuries.
Salt isn't a plant.
@aboveaverageaveragejoe you only use salt? That’s just sad.
@666Maggotz Why is that sad and no. Sometimes I don't use salt at all.
@aboveaverageaveragejoe you’re just being a white person stereotype bro. This is why we get made fun of.
