If you like lemon desserts, which one is your favorite?

I remember long ago, bluebell used to have lemon ice cream. Quite tasty

For a couple of years, there was a small bakery here in Plymouth and they made the most amazing lemon bars. There was a fire there, and they shut their doors...but I would say those were the most awesome lemon dessert I've ever had...warm or cold!
