If ghosts exist, why don’t they ever haunt the people who actually deserve it?

Like those people who chew loudly or those who hate avocado. 🤷‍♀

I don't like avocado, and I'd love some more ghosts in my house. The one I have is being very quiet these days, and I haven't seen landlords ghosts in weeks. He has an elderly couple haunting his house. They're very sweet and I miss them.
