I Enjoy Food and Cooking

Tonight we are having lamb casserole. I have made it with diced lamb from Tesco but the lamb is so tender. It's really gorgeous. And it's quite a spicy dish. I put vegetables that were over in it. Like there was a carrot. My sisters are quite rude. They say Blodyn's casseroles are open the fridge and throw everything in! But it doesn't stop them eating it!

It sounds great - and that's what casseroles are for, to use up what you've got. I made a sausage casserole last night, on the same principle

I love sausage casserole. I make it with different types of sausage. Cumberland sausages last week. Everyone loves sausages!

@blodyn: exactly! although sadly noone seems to sell Cumberland sausages over here, but there's a profusion of Italian sausage types.

@blodyn: lol they sell cumberland sausage in London, trust me. Sainsbury's if I remember correctly.
