I Enjoy Food and Cooking

I live in a big family. I love cooking so it's my job! Dad gives me money each week. He says Blodyn get what you need to feed the family and thats what I do. The others are busy on the farm. I feed them! The food is simple but I hope nutritious. I really have to shop every day. So I do that when I get off the school bus in Pontarddulais. It's right by Tesco. Well everything in Pontarddulais is right by Tesco! It's a really small town! Btw, I love they sell clothes. But don't tell Dad!

I don't know. My nephew showed me those posters in Tesco today and asked me the same question! I was attracted by the pic of Jambalaya. Never tasted though!

It's very tasty. You can make it as spicy as you like. I make mine with chicken and sausage but you can use seafood if you like. Learned how to make it in New Orleans. If I remember correctly my recipe makes at least 15 servings. I think my Gumbo makes 24 but I may have those numbers mixed up.

@blodyn: BTW, it freezes well so if you have any left over, or the recipe makes to much, freeze it and use it later.
