I love when trying a new recipe goes very right 👩‍🍳

I’m cooking a new recipe for the first time, there’s always a small part of me that’s nervous about getting something wrong and screwing it up. A tried a new marinated shrimp with rice recipe today and it came out great! But the biggest validation of me getting it right always comes from Desmond. I never get tired of cooking for him and never get tired of hearing him tell me he loves my cooking. I’m no Julia Child and I don’t ever care to be. Just so long as my man enjoys it. 😌
