Looks fabulous! I cook with okra once in a blue moon, when I make a Creole dish called gumbo. AND I happen to know that the gooey, sticky innards of okra REALLY help to thicken a dish, and somewhat offset hot spices.

One of my favorite dishes, lately, is a mild version of chicken Tikka Masala, so I do like curry!
