Do you cook, if so, what's your specialty?

I rarely eat red meat.

I do cook...but lately I like to keep it easy...so...easy baked fish is one of my faves.

I line a non-stick pan with aluminum foil, spray it with olive oil cooking spray, and place the fish filets on the foil, and then I cover them fairly heavily with Panko bread crumbs, and I spray the crumbs with REAL olive oil spray....(two kinds of sprays here).

I bake them at 375*F , and the time depends on the thickness of the fish. 15 minutes for thin filets, and for captains cut cod, 25 minutes.
