I USED to REALLY enjoy it. It was like a hobby, and ART all at the same time. I used to do catering in a minor way. H'ors d'oeurves. Platters. Fruit presentations. I should have taken pictures, because my stuff was amazing in appearance. My friends used to tease me and call me Martha Stewart.
BUT it was expensive, and I wasn't always properly reimbursed.
When I stopped doing the catering and just started cooking for myself, I realized that I didn't need to "perform", because I didn't need to impress myself. So...I got lazy.
