Fried, scrambled or poached eggs?
What do you like best? I like poached but when I tried to them I was rubbish as I let them boil/ simmer for too long 🥴

Let you into my secret success for a poached egg 🥚.
Boil water ( duh!) have as close to a fresh egg as possible, something recently bought anyway. Turn down the heat,Place on a spoon and lower into the water..max 10 sec..Take out,then crack into the water, careful lying,as close to the water as you can,without burning yourself!then turn water down and leave for a few minutes,pop toast in,and by the time that pops up,it's normally time for the egg to come out...Lemme know if it works... ssshhh trade secret Btw 😝
