I completely forgot we have a lot of leftovers at home 😰

My man and I better eat them for dinner tonight (and maybe tomorrow night as well) before they go bad and I break my own strict rule about wasting food. 😓 So much for all the prep I did this morning for cooking Mexican rice casserole tonight, lol.
