@4meAndyou I tried Banza chickpea pasta and it bloated me terribly. Have no problem with quinoa, lentils or most other beans. I can even eat chickpeas if I cook them but that pasta was something else.

@cherokeepatti I have the Banza pasta in my cupboard...because I am not supposed to eat white flour pasta. AND I have some red lentil pasta. And a friend of mine GAVE me all this whole wheat spaghetti. Believe me, I have gas all the time with the vegan elements of my diet. Vegans are famous for their farts! 🤣🤣🤣
BUT...on a brighter note...I can chew a simethicone tablet and it helps a little bit.

@cherokeepatti I live on quinoa during the week. Easy to take to work and heat up.
