I made ghetto Arrayes 😅 it's Lebanese stuffed pittas

For the spices its paprika, cinnamon, all spice, pepper and cumin. I made a dip with greek yogurt, cumin, paprika, salt, lemon, honey and olive oil.

I fried the pittas to get a golden crunch 🫠
It's ghetto because I didn't have tahini and the pittas were too flat to cut.

I'll post pics and tutorials when I have the full ingredients and add some fresh herbs
