Was gonna cook fajitas tonight, but the chicken came out way too tender 😬

Oops… Oh well. I pulled the chicken apart, toasted some buns, made a quick slaw and now it’s pulled chicken sandwiches for dinner. Easy fix and my man was happy with it. 😌
