Dear diary…

It’s been a trying start to the day. I miss carbs.

It’s been 11 hours without having any breads and my body is revolting.

Give me strength to enjoy this salad sans croutons.

Add seeds or nuts and you won't miss the bread. I load up my salads with salted sunflower seeds, and sometimes...if God has been fabulously Good that month...bacon bits.

OR...and here's a wild thought...buy a loaf of Gluten free bread, and cut it up into cubes and toast it in the oven, and you have...GLUTEN FREE CROUTONS!!!!!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
