It’s slow cooker weather here or as close to as a Brisbane winter can get. I might do a lamb casserole tomorrow, what do you put in yours?

@Yulianna No....ingredients for the slow cooker. I was given ½ a wild goat a couple of weeks ago. Not sure how tender it will be....adrenalin stress bc it was shot in the Flinders Ranges.
