There is an Algerian dish called Karantika. It is one of my favorites.

Because it is healthy, delicious and affordable for everyone.

I always thought I make it the best.

This lunch break I met someone who can prepare it with nothing but water, some oil, salt and chickpeas flour. Yet it is as good as mine. I use more secret ingredients to get that kind of result 😐

Techniques make positive differences ,in terms of efficiency, as opposed to relying solely
on resources.

I was gonna learn how to make it but I'm too OCD about eggs.

@SinlessOnslaught you don't need the eggs.
@Miram You don't?

Yes, just those hand mixers for soups. And mix 1 cup of chickpeas flour, salt. 2tbs oil, 3 cups water, 1tsp maize flour.. and leave it overnight in a bowl then put it in the oven the next day.

You can use breadcrumbs on top if you want. But most wouldn't.
@Miram Thank you!
