There is an Algerian dish called Karantika. It is one of my favorites.

Because it is healthy, delicious and affordable for everyone.

I always thought I make it the best.

This lunch break I met someone who can prepare it with nothing but water, some oil, salt and chickpeas flour. Yet it is as good as mine. I use more secret ingredients to get that kind of result 😐

Techniques make positive differences ,in terms of efficiency, as opposed to relying solely
on resources.

@Yourwildestdreams chickpeas paste? Is it aready made product or you make it by mixing the flour with other ingredients?

Iranians have the best traditional chickpeas recipes when it comes to desserts. They been using them for so long it is hard to outshine them.

@Miram I just like to grind the bottled or canned ones into a Paste in the food processor and combine with cocoa and chocolate chips . I can imagine they are delicious and I’ve also been using ground cooked beans for brownies and tofu for a lot for creamy pies like chocolate mmmm 😋 👍
More healthy alternative's to regular flour and cream cheese etc

Yes, it is certainly healthier. More protein and less carb as long as you're not over consuming them
