I'll try -- thinking of something using chicken thighs and rice and some kind of sauce, but haven't really decided yet.

Last night we had Salmon, and alfredo, and broccoli, it was a nice dinner! But tonight I'm feeling a little lazy just making perogy's with all the fixens and chicken strips!

I'm pert near outta food. I reckon I'll have ramen for breakfast and oatmeal for dinner and a peanut butter and honey sandwich or two in-between. Other than doing laundry in a couple hours I don't plan to get out of bed today.

I had creole shrimp and rice a couple of nights ago
No, I'll be happy if I feel hungry enough to eat something today.
@Heretochat It'd really help if my doctor would look past their prejudices and acknowledge that not all eating disorders mean that you're nothing but bones. Especially when she's looking at bloodwork that supports what I'm telling her.
Oh, and telling me to "lose weight" doesn't help, either. Oddly enough, she stopped short of telling if I should cut out the left half of the bread and butter I was eating every other day or the right half when I asked her that.

@HootyTheNightOwl Sorry to hear that, maybe you should try a doctor who also understand you more on emotionnal aspects
@Heretochat I'm still trying to get ME/CFS diagnosed officially. I know what I have and what I need - but without an official diagnosis of that, I can't get the help I need that will enable me to be more independent and even get top side of this eating disorder.
While ME/CFS hasn't caused the eating disorder, it's certainly a contributing factor to my recovery.
