I just read that you could leave your slow cooker on warm setting up to 4 hours, but best to refer to your manual as not all crockpots are the same.

@GunFinger Thank You so very much :) My mother got it for a wedding present to her second husband in november 1983, she gave it to me a few years ago because I used it all the time when I lived with her.

Just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't stick to the bottom of your crock.

That's why I like my 41 year old crockpot, it has an old school dial selector that's not dependent on a digital timer.

@NativePortlander1970 The timer isn't the problem. Its the cook who didn't read the recipe properly. 😅
@Thevy29 Slow cooker recipe times are a suggestion, not an absolute, you can set them for however long you like.
