something I haven't made in ages.

market had some beautiful artichokes today. stuffed and ready to eat when he comes home. think they taste better when reheated

I've never had one tbh, they look very yummy😋😋

A friend of mine is Italian and Irish, and once showed me how to make Italian artichokes...however, he doesn't use bread crumbs. Instead, he carefully spoons minced garlic in between the leaves after they have boiled, and they are eaten by peeling off the leaves and scraping the leaves with your teeth while the oil and garlic run down your face. VERY messy, and VERY delicious!
@4meAndyou try mixing breadcrumbs, garlic and parmesan cheese. then stuffing. pour so olive oil on top and extra in the water then steaming them

@4meAndyou add a little olive oil to the stuffing mix to moisten it before stuffing the artichokes
