If you bring something that says to be kept frozen to work

But you were going to be cooking it at work in a few hours. It is OK to leave it in the fridge. I do it. I think it cooks better and faster when it’s thawed. Even if the instructions say cook from frozen. What about everybody else? What do we all think? I’ve done this many times. I think it’s better

Absolutely nothing wrong with that as long as the fridge is colder than 4C. Even if it’s a couple degrees warmer it’s ok if the food is cooked that day within a few hours.

Aren't you the one who posts the vocaroos of you playing the guitar? Is that you?
(I'm sorry this is absolutely irrelevant to your question)

@Tumbleweed I believe there is a jonjoe here or something like that

@Jonjdw hmmm... could be him. Thank you :) Someone made a post awhile back asking everyone's favorite Eagles song and he sent the vocaroo of himself playing 'Peaceful Easy Feeling' and he was very very good!

I want it thawed out so it cooks evenly throughout.

@Monday40 yes, I totally agree.
