Time to slow cook dinner, going to have Mexican pulled pork and cheese wraps, with cole slaw.

Ingredients
15 5oz boneless boneless pork loin medallions
The rest of the ingredients
Layer of salsa on bottom of crock pot
Pork medallions alternate layered in crock pot to help salsa get in between
Salsa poured on top
Three hours on high and three hours on low, it will be ready by 7:30pm central time

Ooh. This inspires me to bust out the crockpot again. I love salsa so much. 🙂
