Whats for dinner tonight?

Im slapping random things on a sheetpan and calling it dinner. I don't have the mental capacity for much else at the moment. There's gonna be little potatoes, kale, onion, carrots and cherry tomatoes roasted up oh and peppers

@calicuz I'm going to drizzle on some apple cider vinegar and add in some caraway seed

I sliced up three small hot Italian sausages and fried them up, then added more olive oil and a bag of frozen stir fry veggies, and a bag of frozen chopped spinach. It was enough for two dinners!

I'm not sure yet. It is way too early to think about dinner. I haven't eaten breakfast yet and my stomach says it is time.
