Never seen one. And I'm in Southern California. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Must have been in a high class restaurant. Eggs are too expensive as is still to do the separation in a average restaurant. They would simply lose money on the separation.
@DeWayfarer They used to be an option at many hotel breakfasts when I was a regular visitor to the US

Worked at four star restaurant back in the 80s. Still hadn't seen one.
