What is everyone making for dinner?

I had some odd craving for sausage and peppers because I was having flashbacks of the San Gennaro festival I guess haha. But I can't eat basic sausage so I had to clean it up and use chicken. Three colors of peppers and onions and garlic and deglazed with Pinot noir. Let's see if Prunella likes it. 😁

@Goodluckwiththat Thank you. That said. I still liked the peppers better than the sausage but I tried haha. It was good it's just not my thing.
