market had some beautiful artichokes this morning
stuffed, in the pan and steaming
artichokes, salad and a nice wine tonight

@fun4us2b when they go to flower they're not good for cooking. zucchini flowers are done for the season. they're delicious battered and fried

@saragoodtimes Yup - this year had this pre-historic plant with giant flowers and giant 8 lb 14 inch yellow zucchinis !!
