I went through a phase of healthy/normal eating a couple years ago and discovered a love for cooking and baking.
But now that I’m back to disordered eating habits, I just eat very “basic” (40 calorie bread with some peanut butter) since food is a source of shame for me.

i like cooking but my eating habits are the worst. i will work for 2 days without eating, or i'll eat a candy bar or potato chips. i have to set time aside to eat properly or i'll just go 'fuck it' and starve. eventually i crash and pay for it
