I was looking for tofu recipes and I wanted unconventional ones, definitely eastern asian countries would have the most authentic recipes!
I just ordered the Korean hot red chili flakes (gochugaru) off amazon! Can't wait for it to arrive and try this recipe. I have a feeling I am going to get addicted to it.
