OMG I love this lady..!! The way she explains things like she is in class, and how her food looks so spicy and delicious!

I was looking for tofu recipes and I wanted unconventional ones, definitely eastern asian countries would have the most authentic recipes!

I just ordered the Korean hot red chili flakes (gochugaru) off amazon! Can't wait for it to arrive and try this recipe. I have a feeling I am going to get addicted to it.

@EarthlingWise I did not make the above recipe because the powder did not arrive yet, but I made another similar recipe for the same lady with korean chili paste https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rJooANabXpE

I did burn the sauce a little bit because I was cooking other things. I should have left it less time on the stove so that it would remain liquid-ish, nevertheless, the tofu tasted GREAT. It was crunchy like she said, and their chili paste is not crazy spicy, just spicy enough with a nice taste. I also used maple and not rice syrup, but I love maple syrup, so cool.

@Zonuss definitely one of my favourite.. But I try to lead a vegetarian/vegan diet.
