Most of them. I use real mushrooms and cream etc instead of using cream of mushroom soup in recipes. Also add mushrooms and herbs to spaghetti sauce. Add ginger, cumin and oregano to chili when I make it from scratch.

@SW-User I won’t buy canned soups any more and haven’t for over 15- years…full of MSG and I can make better flavors from real foods at home. Plus they have that pressure-canned flavor that I am more sensitive to now.

@cherokeepatti Yeah i just buy ramen mainly the canned soups taste like can and they are bland

My grandmother taught me how to cook traditional foods. I’ve revamped them with less salt, sugar and trans fats. and adding more veggies when possible.
