Or will the noodles be soggy once thawed?

I made too much and I don't want anymore 😕

I've done this plenty. You can also fridge the thing if you are eating the next day. Beef and pasta each save relatively well.

The texture won't be lovely but it'll be fine. Probably closer to the texture of canned spaghetti than the fresh stuff. Still worth freezing.

make sure that you put sauce on the top. what might happen is any noodle which sticks out of the sauce will dry up and turn back into dry pasta.

Technically, yes you can freeze it, but you’re right that the noodles will come out really mushy once you defrost it.
Yes, you can. Just freeze them in portionwise ziploc bags so that you don’t need to thaw the entire batch every time.

I freeze lasagne noodles all the time.

I do, when you defrost ,it’s fine, just seal it up good (☺️)
Yes, I've done it.

If you don’t overcook the spaghetti (make it al dente) it should be good. They freeze pasta for entrees and sell them in stores.
iamnikki · 31-35, F
@cherokeepatti well yea but, they are vaccuum sealed. I ended up putting them in ziploc bags

it will stay a few days in the fridge...just save it there and eat it in a tmrw/next day.
iamnikki · 31-35, F
