A person that came from Thailand said that they do marinade meat and chicken in soda to make it extremely tender. How does it taste...
@Nobody00 Use something else besides mountain dew, I beg you, the meat was tender though.
The skin actually tasted pretty good, the mtn dew, lemon pepper, and salt came together in harmony, and the crispy skin push it up even higher. Now the meat, the meat was awful, imagine getting hit with the taste of chicken and the aftertaste of sprite (that moment where the taste of sprite is gone, all that's left is the carbonated water).
the broth was, awful, mountain dew and chicken broth aren't a good combo, imagine that.
