Never heard of it, but I looked it up. Described as a little semolina flour dumpling often stuffed with Kashta.
Sounds delightful.
Kashta or Ashta is prepared by boiling milk with rose and orange blossom water and extracting the clotted cream from the top. This cream is a local delicacy and a must try with corresponding sweets. To further sweeten the dishes the Lebanese typically use Katr, a local syrup made by boiling sugar and rose or orange blossom water.
