I Enjoy Food and Cooking

Sans, Prague powder, I brined/cooked a brisket. Tasted good, but didn't have that red color the powder, aka curing salt gives it turning it, with other ingredients into "corned beef". So, I added some cabbage, a medium red potato and the brisket. Just needed a GUINNESS to go with it!
