I Enjoy Food and Cooking

I used to bake. Had to quit because my family started to get fat. The ex couldn't eat a piece of bread without putting 2-3 tablespoons of butter on it. But I remember how much fun it was. My food processor had a dough blade, and I used to make monkey bread in an angel food cake pan. That was fun, too.

I love baking. Cooking... not as much

There are a whole host of breads. My specialty is pumpernickel, but I've also made Sally Lunn, Callah, and Parmesan Crescent Rolls, among others.

on serious note … the [i]'onigiri'[/i] looks a treat … reminds me of pilipino [i]'pusô'[/i] (hanging rice) … they typically wrap theirs in banana-leaves.

I know a woman who works with my wife that bakes as "therapy".
So, she is constantly trying to give my wife baked goods to bring home.
