I Love Love Love To Cook

This last class for the year is purchasing product and product identification and meat fabrication. So stoked to just break down chickens for three hours on Monday. He said 96 items of produce are gonna be on the table when we come in and we are responsible for it's ID, it's all exciting and a great class to end with. He's on everyone's ass to have everything done. You have one line not filled in on your homework during inspection and he sends you out. It's a good class to end with, a nice one to end with a strong head on my shoulders. You also start really getting into menu planning and cost control, which is great because one of the sophomore academics is Menu Writing and Cost Control and dude I'm hyped.
